We have 10 teams traveling to 4 states in the Month of July! It has been great to see where our players have traveled in and out of the Midwest this summer. Here are where teams are going and their locations:

July Practices
July 10th 6-7:30pm - All teams

Monthly Drill Challenge: Crazy 8 Drill
● Set up cones/pattern on each side of the net to create an 8 shape
● Variations of getting the pass, Ground ball, start off with the ball
● Curl underneath, finish top side (reverse to gain inside variations)
● Keep stick in shooting position for catch and release
● Passing off of this drill helps on and off ball movement while seeing teammates
