Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Boys Summer Travel Teams

Due to the nature of pre-planned expenses for travel sports programming, we do not offer refunds of team fees. By committing to play on the team, you are agreeing to pay the dues that are owed. If a player leaves the team for any reason all payments that have been paid are non-refundable and any payments within a 60 day window are owed. Any unpaid payments outside the 60 day window would be cancelled. In special scenarios (doctor or physician's written statement of injury that would take them out of play) Grey Duck Lacrosse may attempt to find a substitute but is not responsible for fulfilling that obligation. If a substitute is found, Grey Duck Lacrosse may consider issuing a refund of some or all of the dues related to that event/position that has been fulfilled. It is the right and responsibility of the athlete/participant to attend agreed-upon events that the team participates in.
